Made some decent progress this weekend.
Worked on shoulder and upper arm assembly.
This green storage bin plastic material is flexible and soft to work with, so I had to use washers on rivets in order to prevent them from compressing all the way through plastic.
Also using the red plastic as reinforcement worked as well.
Had to notch the hood corner off to allow for shoulder piece and movement.
Used as much of the bin lid pieces as possible, and used the preformed angles to my advantage and creativity.
The original arm piece that came with the chest protector will come in useful for the upper arm assembly.
I can rivet green plastic pieces directly to and and use elastic Velcro straps to wrap around arm. The black arm piece will also rivet directly to main shoulder by vinyl strap.
I need to sew on the the elastic Velcro straps first before I rivet everything together.
Fully assembled missile launcher.
Added fins to missile and primer coated.
The green is a little darker than expected, might consider trying other brands/colors of green spray paint for remainder body pieces.
Rubber coated the other two tires and primer coated parts for back assembly.
Started working on trim pieces for under chest assembly, the storage bin grey plastic material is much more flexible material than the black plastic used on Prowl.
Not sure if I want to rivet these on before or after final coat of exterior paint, depends if I want the rivet heads to show or not against the green.

Over the past two weeks I have made some moderate progress on Hound.
Cut out sockets for chest headlights, using small funnels for LED's enclosure and similar 9v wiring done with Prowl.
Continued working on boot assembly, trying to get a finalized frame with PVC that will allow decent ease of taking boot on and off. So far I have the correct frame for supporting the outer fender.
I may have to devise a swivel or hinge on the corner of frame.
Whatever the final result, have to duplicate and mirror the assembly for the left boot.
Sprayed primer on more parts, while weather was cooperating.
